In Forte dei Marmi, two abandoned residential units were brought back to life through a redevelopment project with a contemporary character.
The intervention respected the existing structure, transforming it into a solid base on which to graft an elegant and current language, in line with the client’s requests and oriented toward future resale.
The overall renovation involved both the exterior and the interior, restoring architectural harmony to the entire complex.
The spaces were rethought with a refined design, enriched by chromatic touches that highlight vitality without ever being excessive.
The true added value came from custom furnishings, capable of interpreting and enhancing the existing spaces, transforming them into functional and scenographic solutions.
